What we collect
When you contact us or book, we collect what we need to plan and deliver your journey: your name and contact details, the passengers' names or an agreed alias, pickup and destination, dates and times, luggage and any preferences you choose to share.
Why we use it
To prepare quotes, plan and carry out journeys, contact you about your booking, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Who sees it
Our operations team, and the chauffeur and crew assigned to your journey, close to the time of travel. Service providers who host our systems process it on our instructions only.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for ID or passport numbers, bank card details or medical information, and we don't keep a history of your location.
This website
This site has no forms and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. When you click to message us, your message goes through WhatsApp or your email provider under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
