Safety and wellbeing
Planned for the unexpected, so you don’t have to be.
Every journey is planned with your safety and health in mind, from the vehicle and the chauffeur to the route and what happens if something changes.
Health on board
- A first-aid kit in every vehicle.
- Chauffeurs trained to give first aid while professional help is on the way.
- Water on board and comfort breaks planned into longer journeys.
Routes planned around you
- Itineraries planned with hospitals, pharmacies, fuel and safe stopping points close at hand.
- For game reserves and rural destinations, the nearest medical facility and emergency transport options are identified before you travel.
- Backup vehicles and alternative routes ready if plans change.
Discretion and security habits
- Vetted chauffeurs, with licences, permits and vehicle documents checked before every assignment.
- Discreet name boards or a reference of your choice; no names on public display.
- Doors locked, valuables out of sight and itineraries shared only with the assigned crew.
Events and coordinated movements
- A named operations lead and a written movement plan.
- Where an event or movement needs it, we apply to the relevant municipality or metro police for traffic management on your behalf. Approval and conditions are set by the authority.
- Timings and contingencies agreed with venues in advance.
